I’ve been a patient at this office for a while, and I have to say that since Dr. Granger joined in July 2025, my entire experience has completely changed for the better.
Before he arrived, I was actually considering leaving the practice due to ongoing dissatisfaction. However, Dr. Granger has been nothing short of amazing. As a United States Air Force veteran, he brings a remarkable level of dedication, discipline, and ethics to his work. He truly listens to his patients, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about addressing any concerns. You never feel rushed or dismissed—he makes sure you feel heard and comfortable every step of the way.
His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient care are outstanding. On top of that, his staff is just as exceptional—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
I can confidently say I would 100% recommend Dr. Granger to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts patients first. Thank you!

DR. Dryden Granger is very thorough and easy and makes you very comfortable. He did 6 cavities on me today I didn’t feel a thing! Also he kept me calm as I have a tendency to panic he was very understanding and helpful in that regard. My teeth look beautiful!

We had a great experience. Our son whom is an adult with mental disabilities was able to have a wisdom tooth extracted with out sedation. The doctor and staff were kind and allowed him time to process the work that was needed. They also use some distractions techniques to help him get work done.

The dentist we saw was amazing. We had some really bad experiences with past, so we have a guard up now -who to trust! The Dr here was so patient with us. He did a great exam checking, tongue, jaw, teeth etc. Explaining everything so calmly & giving us options. He for sure got educated on ASD people.

The hygienist did a great job cleaning as well.

I highly suggest this place & we will most definate habe them be our go to now on im CA & be suggested to everyone, especially our special needs community.

The person that takes my x-rays is so amazing and wonderful and really made myself and my daughter feel comfortable. The hygienist is very kind. The dentist is very knowledgeable and I thought it was a good experience.

I live in Temecula and was fortunate to find Dr Granger DDS. He did a root canal and replaced my upper plate and my bridge. He did outstanding work and my insurance covered most of the work. If you are looking for a dentist give Bright Now a chance

Maria, the office manager, runs everything seamlessly and makes the entire process smooth and welcoming. Marcy at the front desk is always friendly and efficient, which makes scheduling and check-in effortless. My hygienist, Watcharee, is incredibly thorough and attentive, making routine cleanings comfortable and stress-free.

Dr. Granger is exceptional. Even though I’ve only needed simple cleanings so far, it’s clear that he has a much wider range of skills and services than the typical dentist. I really appreciate knowing that if I ever need additional work, he’s able to handle most issues from start to finish without sending me out to a specialist. That level of capability and continuity of care gives me tremendous confidence.

The entire team pays great attention to detail and performs their roles exceedingly well. Every visit feels organized, professional, and genuinely caring. I would never go anywhere else — I absolutely love it there and highly recommend them!

I visited this office for the first time today and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was taken back right on time. The dental hygienist was highly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, which immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Granger was professional, confident, and clearly very experienced, while also being up to date with modern dental technology. I appreciated that he was straightforward and informative without any pressure or sales tactics, which can be hard to find.

Overall, this was a great experience, and I feel confident returning for future care. I’ll be back in six months!

As a dentist, I have known, worked with, checked the work of, and received care from over a dozen hygienists. Watcharee is by far the best I have ever known. She has an unflappably good attitude, is personable, and is gentle. She has a deeply compassionate heart and always puts her patients first. I came for my wisdom teeth removal last week on Friday, it was an amazing experience Dr. Granger was very fast and educated me well on how to take care of myself after the extractions! The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. I recommend this office for any professional needs!

Dr. Granger is the absolute best. I was in a lot of pain and was welcomed on short notice and treated immediately. He spent time to diagnose and make sure we made the right choice for a treatment plan, he fully and clearly explained everything to me every step along the way. Dental work can be very scary but Dr. Granger and his entire staff treated me so kindly not to mention how amazing he was with my procedure. Cherry on top, he followed up with me to make sure I was okay post treatment. The world is a better place having such kind, trustworthy, healing people like you in it, thank you Dr Granger!
