I had been to several dentists in the area and had not been happy. At the others I felt like I was not heard, and was not being treated fairly. That is not the case here

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time due to finances and lack of dental insurance. So to be perfectly honest I was a little apprehensive thinking it was going to a nightmare visit. Thank goodness I didn’t need any real work done other than a deep cleaning. The staff was friendly and very gentle with the work they performed. I might be a pretty big guy but I’m a big ol scardey cat when it comes to things like doctors and the dentist. I will be continuing to go here from now on for regular visits. I appreciate the staff and the dentist for making the visit an easy one. The receptionist called me back right away later that day with the information about teeth whitening and we will be moving forward with that soon as well. 5 stars all the way around!

My son and I both go here. Dr Kim and his female staff are wonderful made my son feel comforted during his visit. They hygienist are great always leave me feeling fresh and clean and informed on what measures to take to ensure my oral health. My son also has orthodontist treatment me here and Dr Kramer always answers any concerns I have

Front office staff were amazing and The techs in the back. However the dentist was rude to my daughter. She was very uncomfortable with him. We will request another Dentist next time.

Bright Now is the place to go. My daughter found them a few years ago and ever since then, we have been using their services. They are very professional.

My dentist whom I believe is the principal owner, is very knowledgeable. In fact, his calm and reassuring attitude makes you feel your problem already found a solution. As for customer service, the ladies in the dental team are very polite and friendly.

There is nothing as good as stepping into an office and feeling like you matter. The front office staff members are very respectful, regardless of the color of your skin or your social status. You are greeted and listened to, . One lady stands out in her role as an assistant office manager...in fact, I always call her " The Marketer" Marie would not miss an opportunity to market all the products available just to ensure you have enough options to make an informed decision about your dental problem.
I will 100% recommend Bright Now! Dental to anyone who values good service.
Pls don't wait until you lose a tooth, there is also a hygienist to keep them shining even if there's no pain. JUST WALK IN.

My experience yesterday was again very satisfactory. They’re very skilled and very patient and patient friendly. Dr Vo and his staff are very good in their professional roles. Now it all begins at the front desk as Ms Esmeralda welcomes patients and make them feel welcome. A great staff and great care!

Very professional staff from the front desk to the doctors. I can get appointments quickly and they always work with me to find the best time for my work schedule and my kid’s school schedule. They are very patient and kind with a very nervous patient (me.)

I've been going to Bright Now Dental in Upland for probably 10 yrs now. I'm always happy with this place, however my recent visit (service wise) was horrible. The lady that did my cleaning was SOOO rough and sloppy. Water sprayed ALL over my face, she burned my gums and inside of my lips with the tooth buffer tool. THEN practically ripped my gums to pieces when she glossed my teeth. I don't remember her name (black lady w/ braids). She was super friendly, informative and nice but I've never had such a painful experience before. My gums are still sore and after a cleaning that never happens.
