5 stars is not enough for this place and staff! I had my braces here for 3 years and never experienced anything negative. Throughout the whole process everyone was so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend!

This is one of the best dentists I’ve been to. My first appointment was very thorough and comfortable (even the uncomfortable parts). They keep you involved with the whole process- the screen with your XRAYs is sitting right next to you so you can follow along and ask as many questions as you need to. They’re so updated that It made me realize how outdated my previous dentist’s practices were. I’ve found my dentist office- what a relief!

The staff was attentive, courteous and considerate. I have a strong “gag reflex”. The technician that took my x-rays was very considerate and rapidly moved through the x-ray process to complete that portion of the exam. The dental hygienist made a thorough examination of my gums and teeth. Yesenia was very pleasant and professional. The dentist did an extremely thorough examination and evaluation. I came in due to a broken tooth where a crown had been affixed 30 years previously. The dentist explained her evaluation and outlined the procedures available to me. The only error was that I was billed for a cleaning (prophy) when it should have been an exam and x-rays. I’m sure we’ll get that straightened out.

My long time dentist passed away and I’ve been looking for a new dentist since. The group that took over at my old dentist made me feel invisible and spent far more time visiting with each other than they did speaking to me. The second place I went (where I only got a cleaning) were pretty aggressive and the cleaning was actually painful.
Bright Now has a comfortable and inviting waiting room, are Delta Dental providers, their equipment appears to be state of the art and all of the staff were very kind and explained everything to me carefully while consistently asking me if I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I have been coming here for years. Every employee I have come into contact with has been very friendly. Any questions I have asked has been answered professionally and they will take the time to explain more if you don't understand the answer. They make you feel very welcomed. I felt very comfortable with the doctors. I'm really happy with my new teeth. The people are very sweet.

Even though I had a painful, broken tooth along with an earache. I couldn't get an appointment until 3 weeks out. My appointment was supposed to be at 2 p.m. but anyone who walked in through the door "and waiting room" got sent back within a few minutes ahead of me. I finally had X-rays done around 3:15 but they had to reschedule me to another dentist since the root canal that was needed couldn't be performed at their office. I'm pretty sure that I should've walked out of there with at least a prescription for antibiotics until the specialist could make another appointment.. My last visit in 2023 was wonderful to be honest.
I will update this rating when everything is said and done.

I went in to Bright Now Dental Clinic for a cleaning and fluoride treatment. Unfortunately, I came on the wrong day! I had missed my scheduled appointment the day before. Totally my fault. However, the dental hygienist got me in right away and my visit was completed in a short time. Service like this is exceptional. I have been thoroughly impressed by my experience with Bright Now Dental Clinic for their care and understanding.

As an adult my teeth needed braces Bright Now Orthodontics was an affordable choice. I was happy with their orthodontist Dr. Pressutti! He was always friendly and informative. I was very happy with the results!!

I've always had a positive experience with staff. Never had problems with any work I've had done (and I've had everything from filling, braces and implants here). We're union so the pricing is phenomenal. They work with LIUNA for discounts on non covered stuff. All in all good experience.

I had an amazing experience at bright now dental From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office is clean,and well-maintained. The team was great at addressing all my questions and concerns with patience. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I also appreciated how the team followed up with me to ensure I was doing okay after my appointment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I go to bright now for Orthodontic treatment and I would like to say the staff is super sweet and always get me out of there in less then 30 min. The doctor and especially his receptionist are super nice and welcoming, unfortunately for the regular bright now dental they are not as welcoming and nice I had recommended a friend since I had such a great experience with Orthodontist but they had a different experience with the regular dentist side.

I contacted the Bright & Dental office yesterday, Wednesday, January 29, 2025, by my cell phone. I informed the front office emplo- yee, Laura, about another medical appointment I had been scheduled for the same day and the concern I had encountered. The other medical doctor's office scheduled my appointment without prior notifications earlier that morning, I advised Ms. Laura that I was not sure if I would be able to arrive at my appointment in time due to commuting from Fresno, where my appointment had been scheduled. Immediately with excellent cognitive skills and expressing professionalism, she rescheduled my appointment from 1:40 pm to 4:00 pm. It is with great honor and gratefulness that Ms. Laura took the initiative and her decision ability to assist with my concern of possibly missing my dental appointment that afternoon. Also, Ms. Bailey, who provided my dental services, was careful and ensured that I was comfortable and that any and all dental cleaning was not causing me to become uncomfortable. She also provided exemplitory counseling about how to care for my teeth. Ms. Bailey was also a professional employee and possed outstanding dental hygienist skills. She was concerned, cautious, and ensuring my teeth were cleaned according to the Office of Bright Now & Dental Orthodon- tics protocol, polic- ies, and procedures. Lastly, I am impres- sed and warmly welcomed upon walking into the dental office. All personnel are extremely profes- sional, They are cheerful, and it is apparent that each and every employee I have encountered and spoken to possess a wonderful attitude. They always ensured that as I walked out of the office, I had a smile and satisfaction about the dental care and services I had just received. With pleasure and pride, I commend each and every employee for the fantastic dental service I received yesterday and the years before, while receiving my dental services from this office.
