Dr. Martin is the best! she eases my mind and listened to all of my concerns. I will be seeing her again.

i’ve been going here for almost a year now. my dentist is dr. martin. she is amazing and truly cares about her patients. everyone there has been super nice and helpful.

My dentist is one of the best ones I have ever had.. she makes sure you’re comfortable.. she always makes you feel welcome.. the dental assistants are also great

within 15 minutes the dentist had a care plan and options i had never been given to give me my smile back. i’ve struggled for so long with dental problems, and i can finally say it’s not something i worry about anymore. everyone here is so friendly! :)

edit: i just went back today with the worst tooth pain i’ve ever had. all i have to say is you genuinely won’t find a better team, and dr. martin is genuinely there to do whatever it takes to help.

They are the complete best! They always get me in and out and listen to everything that’s wrong and come up with a game plan ! Love them

Came back for my second visit after the hygienist came back from maternity leave. I showed up about an hour early, they told me that they can't guarantee that they'd be able to take me in early but checked me in nonetheless. It didn't take long until I got called back earlier than I was expecting because my appointment was at 1:30. They didn't keep me there forever and I got out at a decent time.

Really nice place and good professional people fast and Accurate.. I just recently went the people were very professional and nice very quick as well would definitely consider making this your dentist..

Definitely recommend! Had to get a crown and had an amazing experience and it doesn’t even look like the tooth is a crown. Super friendly

It was a very good experience, she was a little busy that day, but her assistant kept us informed of everything. Which was nice instead of sitting in the room waiting and wondering, what is taking so long. They let my husband come back and sit with me. That was very nice of them too. He pays all the bills. He would know what I could have done and if we could afford it. So I didn’t have to make the decision by myself. I had to front teeth that really needed fixed. She took the time and fixed my to front teeth that day. So at least I could be happy smiling again. I have a couple more fillings that need to be fixed. She said she wanted me to have a cleaning first, then finish the rest of the work. She was very kind and I brought in my medication list told her I had been very sick and could not take care of my teeth because I was living in the hospital. She explained that all the acid reflex got stuck between my teeth and even brushing them would not remove it so that’s why I have a couple other cavities. Between my teeth. Like I said she explained everything to me. Hopefully I can stay well enough and keep my next appointment to make my smile feel beautiful again. I all ready feel better because she fixed the 2 front teeth. Definitely a good place to go to. I definitely had a great experience there. I want to thank her and all her staff.

I highly recommend this dental office. I’m from Florida, and just lucked out. Everyone is very professional, from the front desk staff to the hygienist, X-ray tech and especially the doctor… She is great! They held my hand and soothed me when I cried, very gentle, and made the experience Tolerable. Now that the worst is over I actually look forward to coming every six months. Holly

I don’t like going to the dentist but I don’t mind going to Bright Now. They are professional, but also very personable and it shows they care.

This place is awesome! The dental hygienist I had, Rachel was so sweet and good at her job. I’ve had my teeth cleaned before where I left feeling like my gums were bleeding and swollen, but not this time! She was efficient and gentle and made sure to ask if I was having any problems and then made sure they were addressed with the dentist

Dr.Martin is great. So sweet & personable. Made sure to take care of me and not make me embarassed of how much work I needed done🙃 the staff is so nice.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Waiting room is too small.

The older front desk woman was an absolute rude and never emailed me back after multiple emails and phone calls. I filled the release form out and needed documents/X-rays for an oral surgeon

I am a new patient here at Bright Now Dental in Medina and both appointments I’ve had so far were great, especially my recent one! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years (bad I know) and was very nervous to be seen. The staff here are very kind and efficient.

Dr. Martin is the best! She is very kind and genuine. My first appointment was an x-ray and treatment plan of my teeth. I didn’t feel judged or unheard and she explained the procedures I would be getting very well. Multiple fillings and a root canal. I left feeling so much better!

I just got my root canal done yesterday. I was extremely nervous as I’ve never had one before, but the process went so smooth and I felt comfortable the whole time! Dr. Martin did the procedure, she was very reassuring beforehand and during the process. Two dental assistants helped as well, one of them did my filling after and they were both very kind and thorough. I’m so bad with names :( I wish I remembered theirs to mention them!

All in all I’ve had a wonderful experience here. :) Also to mention, my appointment was right at the end of a long day and I felt like I was the first patient of the day. Everyone had a great attitude and were very thorough and kind. I’m excited to be coming back here for the rest of my treatments and yearly cleans!

So many times we don't take the time to express our feelings about what our experiences were in a dental office. Being senior citizens, my husband and I remember the times when we had no novocaine to have a tooth filled. We really appreciate how kind Dr. Amanda, the front staff and the dental hygienist have been to us for the past year and a half. Sometimes waiting for the staff to call you back to the room cannot be avoided, but patience is a virtue everyone should try. Thank you to everyone who works at Bright Dental. We appreciate all of you!

Our level of care for not only myself but my 2 young children has been OUTSTANDING from Dr Amanda Martin, HOWEVER, I feel its necessary to inform patients that if you do not schedule way ahead of time for an appointment, be prepared as I was just told today, when inquiring about if i end up needing to reschedule for my appointment for monday, the day after the huge upcoming snowstorm, that they are now all booked out until August 2026, and its currently January... also have a cracked tooth/filling that i was hoping to able to inquire about..., so that is very worrisome to me...

Edit: Revisiting this review to note that I have been contacted and reassured of the situation. Kris was very thorough and thoughtful explaining the difficulties they are experiencing with staffing with the current shortage of hygienists. Looking forward to my next cleaning!
