Dentists in Parma Heights, OH

Had a great experience with the new office manager there. Had a dispute about the bill and she explained it to me not only came to resolution but saved me money for that visit and the next! Even more importantly they do great dentistry and I’ve been with them in their Parma Hts location for like 12+ years now.

Dr. Rico was great. The wait time took fairly long (almost 45 mins).

After fighting with a big brand dentist to get in and get a very painful tooth taken care of (they were going to make me wait a month for an extraction) I followed a co-worker's recommendation and called Bright Now. They were able to see me and assess the situation the day I called, and I was in getting a root canal the next day. Big brand dentist was trying to charge me TRIPLE for the same procedure. So not only did I save a ton of money, I got to keep the tooth! Dr. Rico is awesome, the whole staff is friendly and professional, and they even humored me and laughed at my nervous jokes.

100% will be returning for all of my dental needs, and will be recommending my friends and family. I am pain free for the first time in weeks and I can't wait to get more than 3 hours of sleep at night!

I was referred by a friend- Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, I believe marian(?) was the one whom checked me in as a first time patient- she went above and beyond making sure my insurance went through- I felt very comfortable and welcome. All of the assistants throughout my experience were very nice! The dentist was also very kind and helpful with me understanding what procedures were happening or need to happen in the future. Highly reccomend.

My appointment was at 230 and I was seen AT 230! They were able to fit my two cavities into the same day as my cleaning! Professional, kind, and did amazing work!

You know what kind of dental this is it's the kind of dental that you would call without an appointment and you have an emergency and they will ask you to come in and they will take care of it yesterday morning I called them I had a big infection in my face I had no appointment but when I called they told me to come in and they fixed it I got two teeth pulled out with no appointment I'm never going anywhere else thank you so much

Staff is always professional and answers. The questions I needed and my teeth look great.

Dr Rico and his assistants were amazing. They had my comfort in their first most interest. Many times during my procedure they asked if I was ok. Very happy with my experience.

Great Dr and friendly staff

I recently had 2 old silver fillings replaced and was having an extremely bad day before I even walked in. The receptionist went out of her way to come and sit in the lobby next to me and explain my new co-pays one on one with me. The dental hygienist was extremely patient and kind. I highly recommend Right Now Dental.

I’ve been going to this Bright Now location for a few years. The team always do a fantastic job.
Very thorough, very professional and very friendly. I do have one issue that bothers me.
When I call I rarely get an answer.
They’re very busy so that part is ok.
The problem is that I almost never get a call back after I leave my message. Other than that Bright Now Parma Heights is awesome.

My daughter had two root canals done one week apart by Dr. Rico he is the best he's a very sweet caring and friendly man. His patients care and needs always comes first. In fact everyone at this location are great they put their patients needs first and they welcome and make everyone feel at ease. The best dentist office we've been in yet.
