Thita the dental hygienist is very nice and very gentle when she did my deep cleaning so far my experience with her is great.

Best cleaning ever. Laura, was so nice and gentle. We laughed and had fun! It wasn’t dreadful at all.

The staff was all so polite and knew what they were doing. They asked questions and made sure you felt at ease with the procedure.

I managed to crack a tooth Friday afternoon and walked into their office less than 30 min. to close. They made room to do a quick examination for me before closing!

After "deep cleaning" procedures, a few weeks ago, each experience is worthy of recognition of excellence throughout the visit... this time for addressing a deep cavity beneath an old filling, and a buildup for a "temporary" crown. I'm very much looking forward to my next appointment for the "permanent" crown. It's not just the great dental work, it's the wonderful personnel that I'm so looking forward to seeing again! The staff was very friendly and it was a good experience! They were also transparent about additional costs and allowed me to opt out of optional procedures.

Great from the start... I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to accommodate and schedule the next day! The appointment is setter was extremely knowledgeable about insurance and was able to help me understand my next steps in order to have my appointment covered by my insurance. Thank you!

First time visit. It went very well. XRay tech was very personable and the doctor was easy to talk to. I'll go back in a couple of weeks for a cleaning. That's a biggie for me. I hope that goes well too.

The downside is that I have had many different dentists there. The upside is that I like the young lady I have now. She is very good 👍

Dentist extracted tooth 11 efficiency with no pain

Everyone was so nice there and they got me in quickly and were able to give me a cleaning the same day as the exam. The dentist is very thoughtful and caring. The lady that did the xrays and the dental hygienist were so patient with me and helped me get through it easily. I would recommend this office to everyone. When I had 3 teeth filled and prepared for crowns the dentist and dental assistant were great and helped me get through the long process with no problem! They were both so kind! Thank you!

7/17/2025 update:

We are still with Bright Now! We still absolutely love them. The office has had a few different dentists over the years. All have been proficient. The attitudes of a couple left a bitter taste. However, the hygienists/techs & staff remain professional, yet friendly & AMAZING! The dentists with less than stellar attitudes, never last long. We have now been with them around 16-17 years. We are still very happy with this office. The new dentist is extremely kind & understanding. Absolutely love her & everyone else.

Quite a few years ago:

Office staff is great! Kind and efficient. Always a joy to both call in and visit office. My hygienist Scott is awesome. He always is aware of my comfort. Always kind and personable, he always remembers me. I have 2 missing molars from issues during a time my hubby was laid off; they have never made me feel badly for it. The dentist is very nice too. The assistant who cleaned my teeth was very sweet. I have been with them for around 8 or 9 years and I wouldn't change for anything in the world.

The dentist and her assistant were very professional and handled the treatment for my crown very adeptly.

I went to Bright Now Dental because I used to go to them in Vancouver Washington, even though it’s an hour drive for me I like being with the company that I’ve been to before. I went in for surgery to have 4 molars taken out. There was a little bit of wait. But once I got me in, it was really quick and I was out They were helpful, courteous, the only thing is for some of us who hadn’t eaten since we got there. There was a cooking show on made me very hungry. lol Overall, a great place to go

The hospital is very neat and clean, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which helped me understand the treatment process better. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care provided. Thank you.
