I had such a positive experience here from the first inquiry phone call, to the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and calming, which made a huge difference for me as someone with dental anxiety.
They were very open and clear about everything, what to expect, and the pricing so there were no surprises.
I have some sensory and communication challenges, and what stood out the most is that I didn’t even have to explain that to feel understood and cared for. The level of compassion and attentiveness I received was something I’ve never experienced at a doctor’s office before.

Excellent service, kind & caring staff, amazing gentle dentist. I highly recommend this practice. As an individual who has had dental trauma and is quite tentative about who I go to I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I met and was treated by. If you have any dental fear you should give them a chance.

I have had the best experience from the office staff, the assistants and dentists themselves. Everyone is so nice, patient and kind. They are all very thorough in answering questions and communicating your treatment plan and prices.

Hello my name Is Bria, and this place has excellent food, and my ducks love to eat the bread crumbs outside their establishment. The dentists here are so kind and friendly, and the bathroom has rats.

I’m more than happy to write a 5 star review for Dr. Scott and his team at this Bright Now location. Today, I felt seen, heard and accepted for the first time in a long time from dentists. Dr. Scott is a kind, caring and sincere person as is his staff as well. I trust him, which for me says a lot. I have had nothing but good, honest care and treatment here and feel grateful to be able to come here for my dental work. If you want a “corrective experience” for dental work, come here, they will take good care of of you! Thanks again so much Dr. Scott, Victoria, Brenden and team!

Friendly and professional staff. I feel they deliver exceptional service.

Staff was friendly and the dentist took his time and actually talked with me. The only downside was that they apparently only have one hygenist, so all I got was xrays and an exam, but then had to schedule a cleaning another 3 months out. But thiss problem - being short staffed - seems to be the norm now.

No waiting always on time with your appointment. Everyone is friendly and professional. Been a patient since 1999.

The Ortho team is always kind and explains everything well. I am pleased with the service I have been receiving.

Brendan is an excellent flosser. Flosses like a champ. Never have I felt so flossed. Everyone who works at this establishment is very kind and accommodating.

I had cleaning, exam and cancer screen. Both hygienist and dentist were thorough and carful to be gentle.

I’m just blown away about how kind the staff, assistants and dentists were to me. I saw 2 different dentists in my time there and it was night and day compared to treatment I’ve had since moving to Bellingham. I have POTS, MCAS and Hypermobility issues along with some secondary symptoms like sjorgrens and together they are making dental work a nightmare for me. I use to have no issues until my heart rate started to be effected and the constant air hunger POTS gives you. MCAS makes me react to everything and pots and sjogrens has left me incredibly dried out and dehydrated. I have built up a fear of my symptoms flaring so it is a combo of my health issues as well as my nervous system being broken. The anxiety is uncontrollable. You could probably compare being in a dental chair to a mini tilt table test for POTS. I appreciate the patiences they had with me and never making me feel dumb. It’s sad even having to write that but so many of us have been brushed off and told we are crazy. Yesterday was the first day I realized I can no longer have regular dental procedures anymore. Thank you for being kind and making the day a little easier to process. Thank you for listening to me and hearing me. I will definitely recommend Bright Now to my husband and adult son when they are ready for their next checkups.

Kind and courteous service, always professional

I called every dentist in Bellingham for a very painful emergency visit. No one would see me for days or weeks, until I called your office. You got me right in! Everyone there was so nice! The Dentist could not have been better. I will come there for all my dental care. Thank you!
