Dental care has been ok, but unable to get a hold of the Front Desk. I tried calling four times today. I have left a message on answering machine in the past and it’s been ignored. Why have a phone line if it doesn’t get answered?

It was my first time dealing with Bright now Dental I was really nervous because I was getting 4 teeth pulled and they made me feel comfortable and I really liked the dentist that pulled my teeth he was nice and patient with me. If I ever need dental work done that my regular dentist can’t do I will be sure to use Bright Now Dental again

When I was around 11 years old I went through some extensive dental procedures. For years after I dreaded going to the dentist. My last visit to Bright Dental Northgate was actually the best experience I have had in decades. Highly recommended.

Amazing !! I’m so happy with the treatment ,front desk , the staff where all so nice and caring.. I had been to another dentist in the past and they were unable to extract my tooth.. I can say with all confidence this oral surgeon is calm, knowledgeable, and believer or not. The whole procedure was painless. I was terrified after so many bad experiences at other places.. It definitely gave me confidence in professionalism again❤️🙏🏻 Thank you so much..

Good dentist but desk staff is not helpful. I feel they were very eager or happy to get the high value check from me but did not cooperate to make a call to the pharmacy when I requested right after an intense procedure.

Carrying a knowledgeable dentist for a tooth reconstruction & crown. The dentist and hygienist, both showed concern for my comfort and overall safety. The Work was well done and looks good.

I go to this dental office because of Mimi, their dental hygienist. She’s awesome! Excellent at her job, always asking if you’re doing okay, and making you laugh with her sense of humor. She is a true professional with outstanding chair-side manner. Highly recommend her.

I have a great hygienist at Bright Now, about it’s impossible to get an appointment at my preferred 6-month intervals. The office is booked 8-9 months out. Not enough staffing? Or a business choice?

Fortunately my experiences with Bright Now has been wonderful.

In the past I have had awful dentists who tortured me... However, the lovely people here take great care to make sure you are properly numb and taken care of.

I strongly encourage you to give them your business, these are good and kind people who won't rip you off and will go out of their way to minimize your discomfort/pain.
