Our Patient Reviews
Nice very friendly atmosphere very highly recommend
My crown fell out during a Zoom call. Glad I wasn't presenting. I needed emergency service and my dentist was not able to take me, so I did a search and found Bright Now Dental. The customer service at this location is 💯. Everyone was so kind and gentle. That's exactly what I need as it helped to calm my nerves and anxiousness. If you want to be well taken care of by experience, skills, acumen and great customer service, then this is your new dentist office...and mine. Dr. McDonald and her assistant were both AWESOME! I have been a Bright Now customer for years. I relocated from California and was super excited they had a Bright Now here in the area. This office had me feeling like I was at home again. I'm so glad I was able to meet someone as kind as Hope. If you visit the office, let her know Adrienne sent you. Her name says it all. Awesome service 😊
The staff was lovely and professional. In addition, Dr Macdonald was incredible

I hate going to dentists but they have done a really good job. Calina (I hope I spelled her name right) is a tech there, she always has my back and makes sure I’m all good. Definitely have to recommend
Great, gentle and fast service! Thank you!
Excellent dentist and staff
The team here is kind, compassionate and thorough! I had a wonderful visit and I didn’t feel nervous or shamed for the state of my teeth. I will definitely be getting all my dental work done here!
It was my first time, they just checked me and took xrays. Every person that I dealt with was professional, courteous, and nice. Doctor McDonald, xray tech, receptionist, all excellent. The price for the first visit was very reasonable.
The only thing I have to say, is that the estimate they gave me for all my dental issues was ridiculously expensive, even the small details. But, I don't have insurance, take that in consideration.
The staff are personable and make every visit enjoyable. I got my braces and get my cleaning done here. Please is clean and the music is on point!
The dental staff and dentist with bright now dental are phenomenal pain scale 1 to 10,,,,,,{0.5} is my evaluation
After they professionally calmed me down and talk me through what to expect after the extractions , Dr Hansen and his assistant performed professionally and had me laughing with them before the surgery was completed.
Following recommendations for follow up appt.
Thank you to the staff and the dentist with Bright Now Dental

I absolutely love Bright Now Dental. My doctor is Matthew Jones and he is the best orthodontist I’ve ever had. The front staff is so quick and professional! I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things as it is for others, but the staff at Bright Now! made it pleasant. Everyone took their time with me and explained thoroughly. I am very pleased!
All of the staff have been extraordinarily helpful. Polite, friendly, efficient - from Brenda at the front to Dr McDonald and all the DAs - they have made my trips as pleasant as a visit to a Dentist can be.
I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and the technicians and dentists are first rate. Jose and Dr. McDonald took care of me and I couldn't be more pleased. I would and have recommended this place to friends and family.
I had an appt 2 hours after I called! X-ray technology great! Also individual enlarged pictures of areas with “ issue” to see and discuss. DrMarcel McDaniel is easy to talk with, understanding, and knowledgeable. Staff very friendly. This was my first visit and I have an appt in 3 days to begin work on my issues. My first impression was very good!
Dr. McDonald’s care is wonderful. She does her best to make you comfortable .
Always understanding and pleasant people to be around, good dental work.

Post-Extraction DOs
Rest: Immediately after the extraction, it’s important to take it easy. Rest for at least 24 hours to allow your body to begin the healing process.
Bite on Gauze: Your dentist will provide you with sterile gauze pads. Bite gently on these pads over the extraction site to help control bleeding. Change them as needed, following your dentist’s instructions.
Apply Ice: To minimize swelling and discomfort, apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to your cheek for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off during the first 24 hours.
Maintain Oral Hygiene: While you should avoid the extraction site when brushing and flossing, continue to clean your other teeth and gums gently. Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and rinse your mouth with warm saltwater (if advised by your dentist) to keep the area clean.
Eat a Soft Diet: Stick to a soft diet for a few days. Opt for foods like yogurt, applesauce, mashed potatoes, smoothies, and soups. Avoid hot, spicy, crunchy, or hard foods that could irritate the extraction site.
Follow-Up Appointments: Attend any follow-up appointments scheduled by your dentist to monitor your healing progress. They will remove any stitches if necessary and assess your recovery.
Be Patient with Healing: Remember that the full healing process may take several weeks. Be patient, and follow your dentist’s instructions diligently to ensure a successful and comfortable recovery.
Post-Extraction DON’Ts
No Smoking: Smoking can impede the healing process and increase the risk of complications. Avoid tobacco products for at least 72 hours after extraction, if not longer.
Avoid Straws: Sipping through straws creates suction in your mouth, which can dislodge the blood clot that forms in the extraction site. Skip the straws for the first few days.
Don’t Rinse Vigorously: Refrain from rinsing your mouth vigorously for the initial 24 hours. Gently rinse with warm saltwater if instructed by your dentist.
Don’t Touch the Site: Avoid touching or probing the extraction site with your fingers or tongue. Keep your hands and foreign objects away from the area to prevent infection.
Don’t Skip Medications: If your dentist has prescribed pain medication or antibiotics, take them as directed. Skipping doses can lead to increased discomfort or complications.
Skip Alcohol and Mouthwash: Avoid alcoholic beverages and mouthwash with high alcohol content, as they can delay healing and cause discomfort.
Resist the Urge to Spit Excessively: Excessive spitting can disrupt the blood clot formation, which is crucial for healing. Swallow saliva gently.
Don’t Ignore Complications: If you experience severe pain, prolonged bleeding, fever, or any signs of infection, do not ignore them. Contact your dentist promptly for guidance.
Stay Away from Hot Beverages: Hot drinks can increase blood flow to the extraction site and may lead to prolonged bleeding. Stick to cool or lukewarm beverages.
Avoid Chewing on the Extraction Side: Do not use the side of your mouth where the extraction occurred for chewing until your dentist gives the green light.
