My crown fell out during a Zoom call. Glad I wasn't presenting. I needed emergency service and my dentist was not able to take me, so I did a search and found Bright Now Dental. The customer service at this location is 💯. Everyone was so kind and gentle. That's exactly what I need as it helped to calm my nerves and anxiousness. If you want to be well taken care of by experience, skills, acumen and great customer service, then this is your new dentist office...and mine. Dr. McDonald and her assistant were both AWESOME! I have been a Bright Now customer for years. I relocated from California and was super excited they had a Bright Now here in the area. This office had me feeling like I was at home again. The team here is kind, compassionate and thorough! I had a wonderful visit and I didn’t feel nervous or shamed for the state of my teeth. I will definitely be getting all my dental work done here!

It was my first time, they just checked me and took xrays. Every person that I dealt with was professional, courteous, and nice. Doctor McDonald, xray tech, receptionist, all excellent. The price for the first visit was very reasonable.
The only thing I have to say, is that the estimate they gave me for all my dental issues was ridiculously expensive, even the small details. But, I don't have insurance, take that in consideration.

The staff are personable and make every visit enjoyable. I got my braces and get my cleaning done here. Please is clean and the music is on point!

After they professionally calmed me down and talk me through what to expect after the extractions , Dr Hansen and his assistant performed professionally and had me laughing with them before the surgery was completed.

I absolutely love Bright Now Dental. My doctor is Matthew Jones and he is the best orthodontist I’ve ever had. The front staff is so quick and professional! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things as it is for others, but the staff at Bright Now! made it pleasant. Everyone took their time with me and explained thoroughly. I am very pleased!

I had an appt 2 hours after I called! X-ray technology great! Also individual enlarged pictures of areas with “ issue” to see and discuss. DrMarcel McDaniel is easy to talk with, understanding, and knowledgeable. Staff very friendly. This was my first visit and I have an appt in 3 days to begin work on my issues. My first impression was very good!
