The Team here are so sweet ! They welcome all their guest with a nice arm smile. I’ve been going here for over a year and they have made sure my teeth are in the best condition. Looking for a new dentist in Chino. Look no further ! I thought it would be another corporate dentist office but it wasn’t I didn’t feel rushed. The staff and doctor are amazing I seen patients of all ages. Busy office but everything went smooth.

Office manager late, therefore nobody else could do their job. I was the first one in and still waited twenty minutes before being called in. Then waited another ten minutes. I make appointments for a reason…so I don’t have to wait!

I have been a patient here for 3 years and have always had a very pleasant experience. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The dentist is very nice and is very thoughtful and always checks in during the procedure if anything is too painful. It is a very clean office and I never have to wait too long for my appointment. All procedures and prices and clearly explained and they definitely do there best to make sure there are no surprise charges.

Always excellent services, have been coming here for years. Esmeralda is always attentive and friendly with customers. This is a family place for me.

This agency has too many changes with orthodontist, they all do different things and they don't finish the treatment as they should have or as scheduled. Horrible service

I received very good services at my assigned dental office. The waiting time was short and my teeth cleaning was completed very quickly. I am happy with the service.

First time experience at. Bright Now and I was pleasantly surprised. Somehow I was able to get an appointment same day as a new patient. I just needed X-rays and a cleaning. The receptionist, Esmeralda and dental assistant, Gabby, made the experience so easy. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Fast, cheap and good, the staff and dentist were so friendly and explained everything clearly. I went in for a root canal and they had me in and out of there in no time. I highly recommend applying for their membership program. It has lots of perks and benefits for a low price.

The hygienists, Katie was so nice, and friendly... she gave me some advice regarding cleaning my teeth, and the doctor was nice, and understanding ... front ladies were friendly... Joann was great what she does....I hope they stay at that office... hope they don’t change people like usually.. In the passed their were not great.

My mom had an appt here and she was very pleased with the dentist and his explanation of her work that is needed. I was also very pleased with way he explained it to me and showed me.. The assistant and the girl at the front desk were also very helpful explaining the benefits.. very pleased .

Dr Vo was great. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and was gentle ( had some cavities filled). Lisa the woman who took x-rays and cleaned my teeth was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Bright Now! Dental 🦷😊
