Had a really great experience here. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. The level of care and attention they give patients really stands out. Everything was explained clearly, appointments were smooth, and the overall service was amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about making patients comfortable and taken care of. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist/ortho experience!

I highly recommend Dr. Omar Arreola he is great and makes you feel very comfortable he does a great job with patient care his assistant Angel is also so very amazing great staff from front to back.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Omar Arreola and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment I sat in the chair , he made me feel completely at ease with his calm and gentle approach. He really took his time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I came in with a chip tooth and also needed a filling.And the results exceeded my expectations. He did an incredible job restoring my tooth.It looks completely natural.And I can't even tell where the damage was. The filling was just as seamless and the whole process was smooth and painless. It is clear that he generally cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, patient, and attentive , I highly recommend him.

They have a good Staff of people in their Dentazl Group. Suzy is very professional & gets request in for the Insurance Company in a timely manner. Dentist Areola is top-of-the-Line. He is Professional by all standards and shows empathy for the Patients whom are insecure at goung to a Dentist. The El Cajon (RSD) location is great‼️

I noticed my teeth didn't get the extra attention they normally do three months ago when I was here. The regular hygienist wasn't there. Well Launa is back. She is the best. She takes her time, she explains what is happening in my mouth, and she flosses. My teeth always feel great when I leave her chair. 2/19/26

Susan Celaya, the office manager, was always kind and extremely helpful. She consistently made prompt decisions and went out of her way to accommodate our preferences.

Got me in fast to fix a broken tooth. They are full service. I got a root canal and 2 teeth fixed in one week. Less pain than I have ever had with a dentist before. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! Called and Susana booked me same day. They extracted my tooth and were so patient with me, I have a huge phobia of needles and Dr. Mehta let me go at my pace. All the staff was so attentive and reassuring. Highly recommend.
