Compassionate and professional. Dr Chan is the best. Dr Chan performed first phase of a tooth implant. I felt no pain at all through the whole process. I was given at home care instructions, and will return to finish. I have always felt Dr Chan was a highly qualified dentist because the first phase of the tooth implant proved it. He has done other dental work in my mouth, and I was pain free through the process. Great dentistry practice.

The clerical staff needs to talk more and give full disclosure on what your bill is total. Be more specific about procedures and timelines of care.

The Dr's and the staff are very professional, they are very concerned that you are comfortable and not in pain. I'm very happy for choosing Bright Now Dental.

Always as good as going to a dentist can be!! Never my favorite place to be. Mark always does a great job cleaning my teeth.

Absolutely love this office, my dentist & the rest of the staff! Mark my dental hygienist is Fast, efficient, & very friendly. Dr. Chan my dentist is just awesome! They made me a mouth guard that feels so comfortable! I feel like they genuinely care about the health of my teeth. They make you feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!

5 stars! This review is long overdue. Our family has been coming here for almost a decade,  seniors to young adults, all with varying dental needs. Bright Now Dental W Shaw is the best dental office you can go to in Fresno as far as we are concerned.

We have used all of their services, from emergency to ortho. They always go above and beyond and they stand by their work.
About 6 years ago our family had a complicated issue that Lily corrected for us. She is great at her job and you can tell she genuinely cares about others. If we didn't speak to her several of us wouldn't have received the great dental care we do today!

And of course Dr Chan is an outstanding dentist like everyone has mentioned. Just by interacting with him you can tell he knows what he's doing.

Also one of the best orthodontists in Fresno, Dr. Presutti, works here on Thursdays. He has helped 2 of our family members with non traditional (difficult) adult braces, that in the end turned out perfectly!

Thank you guys for everything you have done for our family.

I have no problem with the workers, Mark is a good guy and great at explaining, but I be went to 3 dentist by now and haven’t found a solution to my tooth, it’s in pain almost everyday and don’t see how it’s just fine

Great! Extremely nice staff. The dentist took the time in explaining what was going on in my mouth with technical detail. Although, my appointment was on short notice, I received very friendly and courteous reception as it I was a returning patient.

This office provided great care for my father Tom.
Lily, Diana, Stella and Destini were extremely patient and kind in working with my father who struggles with Parkinson's. They displayed massive compassion and patience. Thank you! It takes a village and you guys should be recognized as the gold standard for all staff of medical offices to follow. Well done!

Staff were friendly and professional. Mark really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best treatment. Staff was able to accommodate a deep cleaning on my first visit which was a huge plus. Very satisfied with bright now !
